PRINCIPAL

The managing principal of Smith & Douglas, Inc. graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He is licensed as a Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas and holds a
Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) designation in property tax with the
Institute for Professionals in Taxation.

Since 2010, Mr. Smith has supervised and managed various property tax engagements, including valuation and appeal services for a wide range of property types and industries in the majority of the 50 states. His previous experience includes four years as a Consultant and Senior Consultant in the Complex Property Group at Ryan, LLC in Dallas, Texas.
